Daily responsibilities to include receipt, review and processing of medical authorizations through record retrieval system.
Prepare medical record request forms & upload authorizations based on carrier's preferred program.
Update our file to reflect records received etc, records being sought, prepare necessary follow ups.
Scan/digitize paper records into electronic system.
Knowledge of Microsoft office- Abobe, Word, Outlook.
