We're now looking for a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to help us create a multi-channel, full-funnel marketing program plan that drives awareness, acquisition, and activation. By partnering closely with the VP of Marketing as well as the Sales team, you will build a fast-growing pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team to close, while creating a continuous feedback loop to understand the quality and impact of the leads you are generating. You'll design and build multi-touch campaigns that guide leads from the awareness stage to the consideration stage while maintaining an experimentation- and data-obsessed mindset that's constantly monitoring performance KPIs. Responsibilities Identify, oversee, and define the inbound and outbound acquisition strategy, including but not limited to content syndication, webinars, paid acquisition (SEM, Display), social media, SEO, and trade shows. Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple marketing campaigns, with direct responsibility for hitting pipeline targets and performance KPIs. Partner with Sales to define and optimize the lead handoff process to improve marketing-to-sales conversion. Define and implement an account-based marketing strategy, partnering with Sales to support their strategic account efforts. Design and execute programs that nurture leads from prospect to customer through various marketing channels. Work closely with the VP of Marketing on campaign performance reporting, including analyzing our conversion funnel and identifying key learnings that pinpoints what worked, what needs optimization, and what needs to be eliminated. Desired Skills & Experience 4
years of demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management experience. Experience with Enterprise SaaS companies is a must. Healthtech experience is preferred; interest in healthcare and a customer-first mindset is a must. History of successful partnership with Sales is required. Advanced understanding and experience with inbound and outbound marketing, lead generation programs, database marketing, lead championing, digital marketing channels, pipeline acceleration motions, and funnel metrics is a must. Excellent understanding of buyer journeys, acquisition strategy, and how to progress leads through the funnel Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, direct mail/gifting platforms, or other comparable tools are nice-to-have.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
