Job Description:
The customer service representative will be the first point of contact, responsible for delivering best-in-class customer support experience.
Listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions, and provide information about the company's services.
Displays a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Answer high volume of calls in our call center, assist customers with scheduling service calls and estimate appointments.
Review phone messages and professional emails.
Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow up tasks.
Daily contact with customers Keep customers informed of appointments/scheduled times.
Some data entry.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:
High school or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Punctual.
Enjoys talking to customers.
Solid computer skills.
Must be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Great telephone skills.
Excellent verbal and listening skills.
Be a team player.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to explain technical information to customers.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Teamwork oriented.
Displays excellent patience.
