BDC Manager (Auto) - Toyota of Massapequa

We are in need of a Business Development Manager for Toyota of Massapequa
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all incoming sales calls are answered and handled correctly and efficiently
Ensuring all internet leads are responded to and followed up according to the group and manufacturer requirements
Make follow up calls to unsold/sold customers
Make C.S.I. follow up calls
Assist customers by answering their questions and helping them demo, select and purchase the right vehicle for their needs.
Assist schedule, train, and supervise BDC/Internet Staff
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Other Duties: - Assist sales staff to manage deals from start to finish. - Provide sales reports for the management team. - Perform proper customer follow-up to unsold customers to maximize all selling opportunities. - Maintain a sold customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business to contribute to customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a true sales professional with a strong customer focus. You must have large auto group/dealership experience along with CRM, Reynolds & Reynolds and Phone Scripts. Knowledge of computers and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are required. Must be able to work one or two evenings per week and Saturday with a weekday and Sunday off. Last weekend of the month Saturday and Sunday required.
We want to hire only the best so you must pass a drug test and a background check and have a valid NYS driver's license.
Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed
Provides timely and accurate reports as required
Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
Performs other duties as assigned
Handles customer complaints or escalates when necessary
Receives and processes payments for products and services
Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience as BDC Manager
Professional appearance and demeanor
Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
Must have an outgoing personality (a "people person")

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
